Covid Protocols: Updated November 22nd, 2021

The health and safety of my clients and myself have always been a top priority for my practice. I follow infection control recommendations made by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

With the pandemic emergency protocols for the state of Maryland and Anne Arundel county loosening up our office protocols are also changing. In addition to our regular infection control measures, we are putting into place the following protocols:

COVID-19 Questionnaire and Screening

If you have or have had a fever within the last 14-21 days, have shortness of breath or a cough, flu-like symptoms such as gastrointestinal upset, headache or fatigue, have recently experienced loss of taste or smell, are in contact with any COVID-19 positive patients, or have travelled to any known COVID-19 regional “hotspots” within the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment by phone.

Client Check-in Procedures

You may enter into the clinic when you arrive. We are asking that all our clients, regardless of vaccination status, continue to wear masks during your time in the clinic. Our playroom is open for use during your treatments. If you would prefer to call from your car before entering the clinic you may continue to do so. All our providers will be masked during your treatment.

Client Check-out Procedures

Payments can be made online prior to your appointment, in person after your treatment via gift card, cash, cheque or credit. We also have the option to save your card to Square and use that for future payments. Future bookings can be made at time of payment or via our online booking program.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

During your treatment, your provider will be wearing a mask. If you require a mask during your session we can provide one.

Sanitizing Procedures

We are vigilant on sanitizing all areas that come into contact with clients. All door handles, countertops, and the restroom are wiped clean with hospital grade disinfectant. A new HEPA Air Purifier is installed in the treatment rooms to help combat any bacteria and virus that may be airborne.

If you have any questions, please contact Kirsten at 443-618-3181

Thank you for your understanding and loyalty. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Sincerely,

Kirsten, Jessica, Kerry & Kat
